𝐊𝐑𝐘 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝟏 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐘 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘

Conditions:

 

    1. This policy will be valid for 365 days.

    1. Phone purchase receipt must be attached.

    1. Lost phone, get wasted, break down, Falling into water, Dropping, Fire damage will not be eligible for these issues.

    1. If the phone is lost outside of Bangladesh, getting wet, No claim will be accepted for damage or breakage.

    1. Protection claims will be resolved within 20 to 30 working days.

    1. This policy shall be governed by and constructed according to the laws of Bangladesh.

    1. This policy covers only new devices and pre owned devices that have been inspected and confirmed by Fix the Device as in good condition.

    1. We may decide to change the terms and conditions of your policy. Only changes formally made by us and advised to you are acceptable under this policy, no other parties have any jurisdiction to change or agree to any different terms.

    1. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your device.

    1. Any event which may result into a claim MUST be notified within 48 hours to Fix The Device.

    1. If Fix The Device decision team found the estimation as beyond economic repairs (BER)/beyond depreciated value, they will communicate the customer and offers depreciated value for damaged device after deduction of 10% CCTC.

    1. Customer can raise 2 (two) number of claim in 1 year subject to maximum Sum Insured value (Sum Insured value = Depreciated value as per table).

    1. 7 working days if the insured device is under out of manufacturer warranty because it will be repaired by Fix The Device’s repair partner- using grade 1 copy parts. It may increase subject to availability of device parts in market.

    1. Device models series which is not eligible for insurance after seen frequent issues after activation are (Experia 5 mark series, Oneplus 8 series, Oneplus 9 series, Samsung S20, S20 Plus, S21 and S21 Plus)

    1. Eligibity of claims according to pack customer opted mentioned above against respective pack types.

Customer will not get any protection in case of intentional damage to display and loss of mobile.

 

    • Package 1 (7% of total value)

All services included without display and physical damage

(Only the authority has the right to cancel any claim and the organization is not bound to honor the claim.)

 

    • Package 2 (10% of total value)

All services included without physical damage.

 

Pre-Owned Smartphone Warranty Policy


1. Warranty Coverage:
•Our pre-owned smartphones come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions for 3 Months from date of purchase. The warranty period may vary depending on the condition and model of the smartphone.
2. Warranty Period:
•Typically, our warranty period for pre-owned smartphones ranges from 90 days , as specified at the time of purchase. Please refer to your purchase receipt or contact our customer service for the exact warranty duration applicable to your device.
3. Covered Items:
•The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use of the smartphone. It includes but is not limited to issues with the screen, battery, camera, and internal components.
4. Exclusions:
•The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or natural disasters.
•Damage resulting from water exposure or any form of liquid damage is not covered under this warranty.
•Cosmetic defects such as scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear are not covered unless they affect the functionality of the device.
5. Warranty Claim Process:
•To make a warranty claim, you must present your original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and contact our customer service within the warranty period.
•Our customer service team will assess the issue and may request additional information or documentation to verify the claim.
•If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective smartphone with a unit of similar condition and value.
•Any repair or replacement under warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
