Returns are not applicable for the following:

Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Returns are accepted only if there is a valid issue that violates the warranty policy.
The customer must provide a full unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product upon receipt.
The product must include all original accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

No warranty is applicable for displays that are broken, have green line issues, or other damages caused by software updates or improper handling.
Any damage caused by system updates, software upgrades, or unauthorized changes is not covered under warranty.
Products with physical damage, scratches, or signs of misuse are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Warranty for Apple products will begin 10 days after activation and remain valid for up to 1 month for activation-related issues.
For inactive products, issues can be resolved free of cost during this period.
Products with country lock issues are eligible for warranty resolution within 10 days to 2months of purchase.
For products with water resistance features, warranty claims will only be accepted if the product was used under the conditions specified by the manufacturer.
Accessories such as chargers, cables, and headphones are covered under a 10-day replacement warranty, subject to inspection
