Extended Warranty and Insurance Coverage Areas
For Global Mobile Phones/Tablets
Both Warranty and Insurance apply (3.99 % of device value).
1. Device Warranty Coverage
· The warranty covers hardware and software issues.
· Within the first 10 days of purchase, any reported issues will be resolved directly by KRY.
· After 10 days, the manufacturer’s warranty policy will apply.
2. Device Insurance Coverage
· Insurance covers accidental damages such as breakage, water damage, or similar incidents.
· It applies for one full year from the date of device purchase.
For Official Mobile Phones/Tablets
Only Insurance applies (1% of device value).
· Insurance covers accidental damages such as screen breakage, water damage, and other physical harm.
· The policy is valid for one year from the date of device purchase.
Detailed Coverage Information
Full Coverage Package (3.99 % of device value)
This package is for Global devices and includes:
· Both hardware/software issues and accidental damage.
· KRY handles problems reported within the first 10 days.
· Afterward, the manufacturer’s policy applies.
· Accidental damage coverage applies for one year.
· Coverage includes up to 50% of the device value per claim.
Any additional cost must be paid by the customer. Display coverage
Only one claim per year is allowed.
Insurance Coverage (1% of device value)
This package is for official devices and includes:
· Coverage for accidental damages only (breakage, water damage, etc.).
· Compensation up to 50% of the device’s value per claim.
Any extra cost must be borne by the customer.
One claim per year is permitted.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty or Insurance
Full Coverage (3.99%)
Warranty and insurance do not apply in the following situations:
· Issues reported after 10 days of purchase.
· Software or operating system-related problems.
· Problems caused by unauthorized modification, rooting, or external software.
· Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or use outside the user manual’s instructions.
· Use of unsupported accessories (e.g., third-party chargers).
· Consumable items like batteries, chargers, or cables are excluded.
· Lost or stolen devices are not covered.
· Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or paint fading are excluded.
· If the device is repaired by an unauthorized center, coverage is void.
Insurance Coverage (1%)
Not applicable in the following cases:
· Any physical damage not caused accidentally.
· Any illegal activity or theft-related issue.
· If the device is lost, stolen, or misplaced, the insurance becomes void.
· Natural wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or fading is excluded.

10-Day Replacement Warranty - 24-Months Service Warranty [Except Apple Devices]
Warranty does not cover software update-related issues.
Greenline and display issues are not covered under warranty.
Accessories included in the phone box (charger, cable, or gift gadgets) are not covered under warranty.
Original KRY cash memo and product box must be brought in for warranty claims.
Warranty is only applicable for factory faults. Other issues are not covered.
Warranty is void if servicing is done at any place other than KRY Service Center.
Customers can pay an extra 10% to get extended service.
Warranty does not cover any physical damage, short circuit damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse.
Battery issues such as rapid depletion or failure are not covered under warranty.
If the phone is found to be tampered with or altered in any way, the warranty will be void.
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.
Warranty does not cover loss of data or software-related issues; customers are responsible for backing up their data.
The warranty does not cover any defects, damages issues resulting from the installation of UV glass
For any official gadgets, you will receive the company-provided official warranty. Warranty periods are 3/6/12/18 months.
For any unofficial gadgets, there is a 7-day replacement warranty, except for Apple and Samsung smartwatches and earbuds.
Physical damage, short circuit damage, and water damage are not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period, and the original KRY cash memo and product box must be presented.
Warranty periods for unofficial accessories vary by brand and are 3/6/12/15 months.
