KRY International Warranty Policy for Smartphones
1. Standard Warranty
● 10-Day Replacement Warranty: If the smartphone has a factory defect, customers can replace it within 10 days of purchase.
● 24-Months Service Warranty: Covers factory faults and ensures free servicing at any KRY-authorized service center.
2. Extended Warranty Plans (Optional - Pay Less, Get More!)
Customers can extend their warranty coverage at a minimal additional cost:
✅ Display Extended Warranty – Pay only 3.99% to 7.59% extra for display coverage (6 Months-12 Months)
✅ Battery Extended Warranty – Pay only 1.69% extra for extended battery protection. (6 Months)
✅ Back Shell Exchange Warranty – Pay only 1% extra for shell replacement. (6 Months)
3. Warranty Coverage
✔ Covers manufacturing defects, camera issues, and performance faults.
✔ Fast and easy service, ensuring repairs within 3 to 21 working days.
✔ Extended warranties guarantee longer device life and better resale value.
4. Exclusions
l Warranty is not applicable for any motherboard-related issues.
l Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or software updates.
l Accessories in the phone box (charger, cable, gift gadgets) are not covered.
Tampered or altered devices void the warranty.
KRY International Warranty Policy for Smart Gadgets & Accessories
1. Standard Warranty
● Official gadgets include the manufacturer's official warranty (3/6/12/18 months).
● Unofficial gadgets receive a 7-day replacement warranty, except for Apple & Samsung smartwatches/earbuds.
2. Extended Gadget Warranty (Optional - Pay Less, Get More!)
Customers can extend their gadget warranty by paying only 1.69% extra for extended coverage. This extends the standard 1-year warranty by an additional 1 to 2 years.
3. Coverage & Benefits
✔ Covers internal component failures, battery life issues, and performance defects.
✔ Repairs or replacements within 3 to 21 working days.
✔ Customers receive priority servicing under extended plans.
4. Exclusions
1. Physical damage, water damage, short circuits, and software modifications.
2. Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or wear & tear.

How to Claim Your Warranty
1️⃣ Visit any KRY International Service Center with your original purchase receipt and product box.
2️⃣ Our service team will assess the issue and provide an estimated repair/replacement timeline.
3️⃣ Once completed, the repaired or replaced device will be returned to the customer.
Final Terms & Conditions
● Warranty Activation: All warranties must be activated at the time of purchase.
● Authorized Repairs: Only KRY-authorized centers can perform repairs; unauthorized service voids the warranty.
● Data Backup: KRY is not responsible for data loss; customers should backup their data before submitting devices for service.
● Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
● Final Decision: KRY reserves the right to make the final decision on repairs or replacements.
This warranty covers all functional and physical damages under regular usage, subject to the following Fair Use Policy:
1. Accidental & Physical Damage
Covered only once per 6-month period, and repair/replacement cost must not exceed 60% of the product’s invoice value.
2. Water or Liquid Damage
Covered for repair only, not replacement. Must be reported within 48 hours.
3. Battery & Charging Port Issues
Covered only if usage falls within manufacturer-recommended practices (e.g., use of certified accessories).
4. Screen Damage
One-time replacement only. Subsequent claims for screen issues will be chargeable with a 30% discount.
5. Lost/Stolen Devices
Not covered under this warranty. However, a 20% discount is offered on a replacement phone under the KRY Loyalty Program.
6. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Warranty will be void if any third-party intervention is found.
7. Claim Limitations
Maximum of 2 major and 3 minor claims allowed during the warranty period. Additional claims subject to approval and may incur charges.
8. Fair Usage Enforcement
KRY International reserves the right to reject a claim if evidence suggests intentional damage or misuse to exploit the warranty
1. The warranty policy will be like if the product has a value of 100,000/- and its premium will be 7,500/- customer will get a 1 equivalent warranty . 50k Display 50k Service repair and parts.
2. Screen will be replaced only once for the whole insurance period
3. And the rest 50% will be covered by the whole year
10-Day Replacement Warranty - 24-Months Service Warranty
Warranty does not cover software update-related issues.
Greenline and display issues are not covered under warranty.
Accessories included in the phone box (charger, cable, or gift gadgets) are not covered under warranty.
Original KRY cash memo and product box must be brought in for warranty claims.
Warranty is only applicable for factory faults. Other issues are not covered.
Warranty is void if servicing is done at any place other than KRY Service Center.
Customers can pay an extra 10% to get extended service.
Warranty does not cover any physical damage, short circuit damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse.
Battery issues such as rapid depletion or failure are not covered under warranty.
If the phone is found to be tampered with or altered in any way, the warranty will be void.
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.
Warranty does not cover loss of data or software-related issues; customers are responsible for backing up their data.
For any official gadgets, you will receive the company-provided official warranty. Warranty periods are 3/6/12/18 months.
